No worries, we have you covered. Send us an email at hello@westinpeak.com with your order number included, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with your tracking information.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order by notifying us at hello@westinpeak.com before your item goes into processing. If choosing to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, your sale is final. We are not able to cancel orders after the first 24 hours. However, we are happy to process a refund for you up to 30 days after your purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED?
If you live in the United States, it will take between 2-3 weeks. International shipments will take between 2-4 weeks.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
Yes, please shoot us an email at hello@westinpeak.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Please keep in mind, as soon as your order has been shipped, there is nothing we can do to change the address that was used for shipping.
